Farmer��s name is Dionel Chilito.
Dionel Chilito is from Pitalito Huila, with his farm La Pradera at about 10 hectare size. Dionel inherited his first land from his father when he was still young, and planted Caturra there. After a long time, he then decided to grow some gesha in the farm to follow the trend and see how it reflects on the market. With help of different professionals, Dionel picked the cherries at more mature level to intensify the aromatic flavors in floral notes from geisha. In the past, Dionel only processed his geisha washed, but we are very happy that he decided to work on some special process with us.
We found that this time, even after long fermentation on geisha, it still show the floral profile, especially in the aftertaste. And also we are able to bring completely different profiles on his coffees.
